I bought the app waiting for them to offer an option to transfer data as it was promised. I have a new phone now and I have no way of transferring the data. All my baby's growth track will be lost which is entirely the opposite of keeping a journal. I shouldn't have trusted your app.
The app providers disconnected the server without even informing us about it. Now all the information we had about our baby is gone!! Contacted them and no solution!!! Unbelievable!!!!
it was a great app until I got a new phone and realised I couldn't transfer any of my data over. everything gone!
i cant get on app
This app worked fine to use it, I ran out of space to document our "firsts" so I purchased the full version. My phone is now at the end of it's life and there is no way to back up or export the data to use on my new phone, or even to have a record. I have to manually transcribe it all out, or put it all in another app despite spending significant time adding it into Baby Journal and linking the appropriate photos and videos. Very disappointed, despite quit liking the functionality of the app it is useless as a long term memory bank for babies unless you never lose, break or replace your phone.

Couldn't get it to load. Went to help center and was warned about " not safe site" closed out and deleted app, after already registration. Did this twice.
